Wedding and staycation

Hiya  My lovely friends 

Hope you are all well and looking at the postive of covid! 
Because of covid I get a few month holiday from work yay!
As I am sure you are aware  Boris  lifted bans on weddings from the 4th July 2020  so me and James  were able to get married and move in together and start married life.

Me and James were worried that the  wedding would be cancelled so when my mum was driving to get  me  from my flat when I was sorting it out for James to move in. She told me the good news I nearly knocked her flying and James back in weymouth nearly woke his mum up because he was that excited.

Boris annouced it the week before the wedding was planned and we had it on the original planned date we had to cut it down to 30 people. which meant over one thousand people watched in on live stream on youtube. 

Since we got married we have had quite a lot of media  because we were  the first couple to get married in lockdown.

Me and James have been filmed by the BBC about the wedding and how we felt .

We were also on BBC  news talking about the wedding and we were also on ITV Central and so we are loving being a famous couple. I know Sally Phillips if you don’t know who  she is. Sally is a famous actress, she presents Sunday morning live for faith and ethics so we were filmed for that as well and it was so fun . 

We were planning to have our honeymoon in Italy in Lake garda but due to  covid 19 we had a staycation in coventry and we had a lot of fun going to different places  the first  day we went to Draycote water and we walked 100 miles, we went to the cinema and had lovely meals out! In conclusion we had a great staycation.
