Baking Connected a Cake and making them a card

Hi Blog Readers
As you may  know that I  go to a youth group called Connected.  I am  so thankful to god for all their hard-work behind the scenes I thought It was time to show my appreciation  for them.So  I   baked them a sponge layer cake from scratch,  which has chocolate in it and because Dan Field one of the leaders is a big fan of white chocolate,  like me, I put white chocolate buttons on top and I used a red  icing to put a thank you In the middle.  I also made them a card because I might forget what to say to them so the card says it all for me.
